Japanese mint oil in food grade is an essential oil made from Japanese mint (Mentha arvensis), offering an intense, cooling, fresh mint aroma. It is a popular ingredient for flavouring both cooking and drinks.
The product contains only Japanese mint oil, with no artificial additives or added flavourings. Because the oil is highly concentrated, a few drops are enough to achieve the desired taste and scent, which makes the practical 5 ml bottle well suited for home use.
Use it to flavour cakes, desserts, chocolate, sweets, teas, lemonades and cocktails. The refreshing mint scent can also be used for aromatherapy, for example in a diffuser. Store in a cool place away from light and keep the bottle tightly closed.
