HERBYS Dill Leaf Oil 5% is a food-grade seasoning oil that concentrates the fresh, herbaceous aroma of dill into a small glass bottle. Diluted to 5% in fractionated coconut oil, it is easy to dose, and just a few drops are enough to flavour your dishes.

This oil works well for soups, sauces, salads, fish dishes, quark and sour cream recipes, and for seasoning pickles. It gives the characteristic, pleasant dill taste even when fresh dill is not available, which makes it especially handy during the winter months.
