Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) is valued as the finest and most delicately flavoured variety of cinnamon. The oil adds an intense, sweet and spicy aroma to food and drinks.
Fractionated coconut oil serves as the carrier, so the oil is easy to dose and mixes in smoothly. Rosemary extract is included as an antioxidant to help preserve freshness and aroma.
A few drops are enough to flavour cakes, desserts, hot drinks, teas or smoothies. Because the aroma is strong, it is best added drop by drop. The compact 5 ml bottle is easy to store and lasts through everyday kitchen use.
