Product description
This Heit horseradish with beetroot is a 200 g jar of raw, uncooked relish with a bold, earthy-spicy flavour. Beetroot (32%) and horseradish (28%) form the base, combined with water, vinegar, sugar, salt and the natural plant thickener xanthan. Because it is not heat-treated, the beetroot keeps its vitamins, and the horseradish is traditionally valued for its antibacterial and antiviral properties, making it a popular choice during the cold months.
The product is gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan. Once opened, keep it refrigerated. Sodium benzoate and potassium metabisulphite are used as preservatives.
Note: this product is made in a facility that also processes celery and mustard seed.
