The Carcassonne Hunters and Gatherers strategy game takes you back to an age many, many thousands of years ago.

The area where the city of Carcassonne lies with the huge castle and the castle wall that surrounds the city was already inhabited thousands of years ago. The people living here hunted wild animals, gathered berries and caught fish to ensure their daily survival. Even today, fantastic cave paintings and prehistoric finds document life at that time. After each move, a landscape tile is placed, and this is how a landscape dotted with forests, rivers, and lakes connecting the rivers is formed, where different animals live in the fields. You can place the meeple on emerging landscape elements: forests, fields, or rivers. This all means points for you during the game and also at the end. Who has collected the most points and thus wins the game will only be revealed at the final evaluation!
