Unlike the Hungarian practice, Judit Hajnal Ward's book does not offer works of fiction for bibliographic processing, but presents fictional stories. It describes the everyday life situations of ordinary mortals with many different personalities and definitions, struggling with many different passions, troubles and challenges.

Actors and life situations in the face of issues related to the issues of acceptance of transgender identity and homosexuality, cyberbullying, and those living in the past are those who suffer from pathological insomnia, alcohol and drug problems, anxiety, relationship problems, suicidal ideation leading to suicide. The book reflects an open conception of bibliotherapy that works with the power of novelty in fiction-oriented Hungarian librarianship.
