    Torok-Doktor Köptető is a herbal tea blend for adults, designed to support the respiratory tract and help loosen stuck phlegm in cases of productive cough. The carefully composed recipe contains primula root, garden thyme and linden blossom. Its ingredients help clear phlegm, cleanse the airways and soothe throat irritation during the cold season.

    To prepare, pour 250 ml of water over one heaped tablespoon of the mixture, cover and let it steep for 5 minutes, then strain. It is recommended to drink 2-3 cups a day as a short course.
