In the ten main chapters full of records, you can read about the champions of environmental protection, eco-warriors who fight to make our planet better; from the world's natural wonders, from the most intelligent creatures to the most poisonous plants; about the tallest and the shortest - our record judges have officially measured and measured even the tiniest and most powerful people on Earth; about pop culture icons - the world's most successful movie series, their characters, video games, toys and brands; you get a portrait of young record-breakers - influencers, entrepreneurs and entertainers who are not yet 16 years old, but are already trying to change the world in a positive direction; and you can meet the heroes of the world of sports - the year's most outstanding sports achievements and greatest sportsmen.

We would like to encourage our readers to try to serve a lofty goal with their record attempt - not only to discover our world, but to make efforts in a positive direction for change!

This year, our editors chose environmental protection as the main topic, so the first chapter presents the ecosystem of our planet - where we live - and the outstanding work of some people who are working for positive changes. Despite the difficulties of the past year, it was business as usual at Guinness World Records; our staff processed thousands of applications every month. This is how this unique mix of prominent personalities, talented pets, stunning vehicles and legendary athletes was born.

And that's not all! Look for our bonus content, such as dinosaurs brought to life using augmented reality technology, new members of the Guinness World Records hall of fame: including Sir David Attenborough, astronaut Peggy Whitson or the k-pop star group BTS, as well as the locations of our virtual walks: the world's most interesting, countless its record-breaking museums, galleries and parks. And you don't even have to leave your room for that!
