GRAPOILA Hemp Seed Cream, 200 g, is a spread made from 100% hemp seeds, combined with cold-pressed hemp seed oil. Its nutty flavour is reminiscent of pistachio, sesame, sunflower seeds and pine nuts, making it a versatile choice for spreading on bread, mixing into porridge or adding to sweet and savoury dishes.

Hemp seeds are notably rich in protein, at 25 to 30%, which makes this cream especially popular with those who eat little meat or follow a vegetarian diet. With about 35% fibre, it supports digestion. It also provides minerals including zinc, magnesium, potassium, calcium, sulphur, iron and phosphorus.

The essential omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids help maintain normal blood cholesterol levels and support fat metabolism. The cream is gluten-free. It may contain traces of sesame, nuts and mustard seed.
