Gere Villány verjus green grape juice 750 ml + betétdíj

In the Middle Ages, it was used as one of the most common acidulants. This tradition was revived by the Gere Winery, when it squeezed the juice of the still green grapes picked during cluster selection and bottled it. Its taste has a special fruity, citrusy aroma, but it is also slightly tart, and all this creates a taste effect that is less frequent than vinegar or even lemon juice. The complex taste effect results from the special harmony of the more or less acid (fruit acids, tartaric acid) and sugar content of the green grape seeds. The only ingredient in the product is green grape juice, which is rich in polyphenols and thus has an antioxidant effect.
