George R. R. Martin - Tuf utazásai

Long before Game of Thrones became an international hit, George R.R. Martin introduced the cosmos to his loyal readers. Tuf's Travels is the clownish and endearing story of Haviland Tuf, the unwitting hero who travels from planet to planet trying to do the right thing.

Haviland Tuf is a decent space squid and a big fan of cats. How did it happen that he became the proud owner of the last seed ship of Earth's legendary Eco-Engineering Establishment, ahead of the universe's most vile villains? Actually, it's not even important, but it's all the more so that the most dangerous weapon in human space has fallen into good hands. Into hands that now rule over the cellular matter of thousands of indescribable creatures.

Tuf uses this unique equipment to solve the problems caused by humans colonizing distant worlds: an invasion of hostile monsters, a population dependent on mating, a dictator who enforces his will by spreading diseases... In this universe full of marauders, the colonists are always only supported by Tuf's ingenuity and fame his honor separates him from disaster.

The volume also includes eight original and twenty-eight brand new illustrations by Janet Aulisio.
