INDOOR RUNNING

On an indoor track or treadmill, HRM-Fit transmits the pace and distance data to your compatible Garmin smartwatch 1, so you have the training data you need anywhere.

DATA RECORDING AND TRANSMISSION

During training such as you can start and stop the recording of HIIT or strengthening on your compatible Garmin smartwatch, which you can take off during training and keep out of range. HRM-Fit stores the data and then transfers it to the watch when the activity is saved.

ACTIVITY TRACKING

When you're not wearing your watch, the strap records steps, calories burned, intense minutes and heart rate throughout the day. The data of your Garmin devices is updated via the Garmin Connect app.
