Product description
Using SubWave™ sonar technology (soon available via software update), the Descent T2 transmitter enables underwater messaging between divers up to 30m with pre-recorded messages, as well as tank pressure and depth monitoring with up to 8 dive buddies within 10m.
The T2 transmitter monitors cylinder pressure, remaining dive time, individual air consumption and shows battery level, compatible with Descent Mk3i watches through a simple pairing process.
Operating depth: 200 meters.
ADDING DIVER COMMUNICATION TO TANK PRESSURE CHECK
Every breath, every bottle, every dive partner you take - you can track it all on your wrist if you pair the Descent T2 transceiver with your compatible, air-integrated Descent™ dive computer1.
The innovative SubWave™ sonar technology allows you to monitor up to 8 bottles underwater - by viewing air pressure, depth, consumption rate and time remaining - for multiple dives. In addition, you can (soon) communicate with other networked comrades wearing Descent™ Mk3i dive computers via pre-formatted messages.
DEEP DIVING CERTIFIED
The Descent T2 transceiver is designed to withstand the elements and is suitable for diving down to a depth of 20 ATM (200 meters) - so you can dive deeper without a problem.
KNOW YOUR CONTAINER
Find out cylinder pressure, remaining air time, air consumption rate and remaining battery life - all directly on your paired air-integrated Descent dive computer1.
CONNECTING MULTIPLE DIVERS
You can see the tank pressure and depth of your fellow divers at a glance. Pair up to 8 transceivers with your group's tanks with each compatible air-integrated dive computer1 within a range of up to 10 meters.
DIVER MESSAGING
Exchange pre-formatted inter-diver messages with other networked Descent T2 transceivers and companions wearing Descent Mk3i dive computers at a distance of up to 30 meters (coming soon).
EASY TANK ID
A simplified pairing process using a wireless area network makes it easy to identify the names of companions with the Descent T2 tank transceiver on them.
