Watering your garden has never been so simple and accurate: GARDENA's innovative Soil Moisture Sensor automatically ensures that your garden is watered as needed and saves water by measuring the current soil moisture and transmitting the value to the Watering Computer. If the soil is still wet enough, the next watering cycle is skipped. In this way, the plants automatically receive reliable and accurate care, and you even save water. The sensor is compatible with almost all GARDENA Irrigation Computers and Multi-Channel Irrigation Controllers. Thanks to its compact size, the battery-powered Soil Moisture Sensor can be used not only for lawns or flower beds, but also in smaller pots. Its particularly low weight and flat surface ensure that the sensor does not affect lawn care: both lawnmowers and robotic lawnmowers pass through the sensor without any problems. The five-meter long cable enables flexible installation and can be extended as needed with the extension cable available as an accessory. In this way, you can review the irrigation, as you can see the sensor data on the connected Irrigation Computer. The low charge level of the two AA batteries (not included in the package) is indicated by both the Irrigation computer and the LED display. The elements are approx. they last a year. The Soil Moisture Sensor always works reliably, irrigates on demand and saves water.
