The so-called galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS) are a group of water-soluble fibers.

They have 2 main types.

Alpha-GOSs are found in some plant foods and are not particularly selective, unlike beta-GOSs. A specific mixture of beta-GOS with different structures is formed in breast milk. Many beta-GOS raw materials are created with an enzyme produced by a mold or with the help of a bacterium that is not found in breast milk. This is not a problem, but as a result, a GOS mixture with a structural ratio different from that in breast milk is produced.

We therefore use Bimuno® in our product, which is produced exactly as it is produced from lactose in breast milk, by the enzymes of Bifidobacterium bifidum in the mammary glands. Thus, a GOS mixture with the same structural ratio as mother's milk is created. We only mixed it with the barely fermentable, hypoallergenic bamboo fiber for easier handling and dosing.

Suggested use: Mixed in liquid, we recommend consuming 3 grams (~10 ml) per day, which can be increased to 6 grams. It is best to take it in the morning on an empty stomach, but it can also be spread throughout the day. If you have not consumed the product before, start with 1 gram, then increase the dose by half a gram every two days, thus reaching 3 grams per day.

Attention those with milk and lactose intolerance: The daily dose of the product is approx. it contains as much lactose as a small spoonful of milk, while milk protein is less than a drop of milk.

Ingredients: mixture of Bimuno beta-galacto-oligosaccharides (produced from whey), micronized bamboo fiber. Do not exceed the recommended consumption amount! The product does not replace a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children.
