It turns freshly kneaded dough into an even pasta sheet, using the power of the base unit, so you can make fresh pasta at home without a separate roller.

      The thickness can be set in nine levels, allowing you to match the sheet to different doughs and recipes. Thinner sheets suit filled pasta, while thicker ones work well for more rustic dishes. The 14 cm rollers make it easy to roll the dough gradually, and the compact size keeps storage simple.
