Vienna's atmosphere is created by its imperial past and world-famous buildings. Who doesn't at least know the Ring with the Opera, the Parliament, the Burgtheater or the City Hall from guidebooks? The city's culinary world is also characterized by diversity. The magnificent noble and bourgeois kitchen culture, nourished by the heritage of the Habsburgs, is present together. Hot broth with pancake omelette, steaming plate meat with apple horseradish, fried slices with potato salad and finally a portion of Sacher cake?
