FREEWELL White Snow Mist 1/4 Real Locking VND filter

The Freewell White Snow Mist 1/4 filter is designed for filmmakers who want to add a subtle glow to their photos and footage without sacrificing detail. The filter is part of the Freewell Real Locking system, a modular solution based on a snap-on attachment that allows quick replacement of filters without threading. White Snow Mist provides a more subtle effect than the classic Black Mist, making it ideal for bright scenes, portraits and natural light videos.

Soft fog effect
The filter subtly softens the lights, intensifies the bright parts of the image and smooths out the contrasts, resulting in a pleasant, diffused light. It can be used alone or in combination with a variable density filter (VND) and a polarizing filter (CPL) from the same system. When used over the VND/CPL filter, you gain full control over exposure and flare without sacrificing the film fog effect.

Stable mounting and compact protective bag
The fastening system based on two clicks allows the filter to be fastened quickly and safely - without backlash and accidental movement during use. The kit comes with a shockproof case that protects the filter from dust and scratches while not taking up much space in your bag or backpack.
