Ingredients: Whole grain sorghum flour, tapioca starch, plantain husk flour (Psyllium husk), baking powder {stabilizer (diphosphates), bulking agent (sodium carbonates), corn starch}, table salt, cinnamon, vanilla powder

Preparation suggestion (6 American pancakes can be made from 1 bag):

- Pour the contents of the bag into a bowl.
- Add 1 M egg, 6 tablespoons (60 ml) 1.5% milk (can be replaced with vegetable milk)
- Mix until lump-free, then wait 1 minute. (During this time, heat the pan)
- Make 3 pancakes with a diameter of ~8 cm and fry both sides to your liking.
- Repeat this without a break with the rest of the dough
