FNIRSI 100W intelligent digital soldering iron USB-C PID IPS HS-02A

The FNIRSI HS-02A is an intelligent digital soldering iron rated at 100 W, designed for electronics repair and field work. It heats up quickly and holds a stable temperature when soldering heavy wires, connectors and large pads. Temperature control uses a segmented PID algorithm across 100 to 450 °C with regulation accuracy below 2%, which reduces the risk of overheating delicate SMD and BGA components.

The iron runs on USB-C Power Delivery, Quick Charge or a classic 9 to 20 V DC input, so it can be powered from a mains adapter, power bank or laptop. Adaptive power management adjusts energy use to the working conditions. Three storable temperature presets, an inductive sleep mode when the iron rests on its stand and a 0.96-inch IPS colour display make everyday operation straightforward.

The CNC-machined aluminium body with a silicone grip and ESD protection with earthing capability helps safeguard sensitive parts and keeps the handle secure. The package includes six soldering tips, a USB-C cable, a mini soldering stand and a carry bag.
