Product description
This 100 g herbal tea blend is made for preparing tea to ease coughing. It combines thyme, ribwort plantain, lesser burdock, lime blossom, common sage and white mallow leaf. To make a cup of tea, pour a litre of boiling water over three to four tablespoons of the blend, cover, and strain after 10 to 15 minutes.
The tea can be sweetened with honey to taste. The suggested intake is three to four cups a day.
For gargling, steep two tablespoons of the blend in 3 dl of hot water. Once it has cooled, gargle with the infusion every three hours.
