    Fitodry Vargánya Gomba is dried porcini mushroom (Boletus edulis) in a 20 g pack. Dried mushrooms keep for a long time, so you can always have them ready in the pantry.

    Dried porcini are mainly used to add flavour to dishes. Soak them in warm water before cooking, then use them in soups, sauces, risotto, pasta dishes or mushroom ragout. The soaking liquid adds extra aroma to the dish as well.
