The Fischer THERMAX 8/140 M6 B is a spacer fixing system designed for mounting tasks on building facades. The pack contains two sets, each with a UX 10x60 dowel, a Thermax insert, an SX 5x25 dowel and a cover cap, in black/grey.
The system can be used with concrete, brick, calcium silicate, lightweight concrete, wood, aerated concrete and insulation boards (ETICS). The drill diameter is 10 mm and the anchoring depth in the wall is 60 mm. It is compatible with sheet metal screws, metric screws and chipboard screws.
The self-cutting plastic cone allows installation without auxiliary tools. Typical applications include fixing motion detectors, lightning conductors, letterboxes, roller shutter guide rails, lamps, gutter brackets and sign plates.
