    Product description

The Fischer SX Plus 8x40 S K is an expansion dowel made from high-quality nylon, supplied with a matching screw, and suitable for a wide range of base materials including concrete, solid brick, calcium silicate brick, aerated concrete and natural stone. The pack contains 10 dowels with matching screws, so they are ready to use straight away. The dowels are designed for an 8 mm drill hole and have the characteristic grey colour of the range.

The dowel's flange keeps the screw correctly positioned, allowing flexible and secure fitting. The product can also be installed using the pre-set (vorsteck) method.

Typical applications include fixing bathroom and WC fittings, wardrobes, roller shutters, light wall shelves, luminaires, climbing plant frames, skirting boards and TV brackets. Manufactured in Germany, it is a reliable DIY product.
