The Fischer PowerFast II is a wood screw measuring 4.5 mm in diameter and 60 mm in length, with a countersunk head and a TX 20 Torx drive. Made of steel with a galvanised surface, it has a partially threaded shank. The head diameter is 9 mm and the thread length is 36 mm. The pack contains 200 screws.

The PowerFast II features an enhanced thread profile that noticeably shortens driving time. Its triple-edged tip allows a quick start and often makes pre-drilling unnecessary, while the shank milling ribs reduce driving resistance considerably.

This screw is well suited to general timber joinery, assembling components, cladding, and fitting door and metal hardware. It can be used in wood, veneered and plywood panels such as multiplex, hardwoods (with pre-drilling), chipboard, OSB and softwoods. When used with Fischer plugs such as DUOPOWER or UX, tested load values are also available.
