    Product description

    The Fischer PowerFast II 5.0 x 70 mm is a partially threaded countersunk wood screw, galvanised steel, designed for fastening general timber structures. It has a TX 20 (internal hexalobular Torx) drive and comes in a pack of 50.

    An increased thread pitch noticeably shortens driving time, while the three-fluted screw tip allows quick penetration and a self-drilling effect. The fluted shank, combined with the core geometry, noticeably reduces driving resistance.

    Suitable for general timber joints, clamping components, and fixing doors and metal fittings. Can be used in softwood, hardwood (pre-drilled), veneer and plywood panels, chipboard (such as OSB) and plywood. PowerFast II can also be used together with Fischer plugs such as DUOPOWER or UX.
