The Fischer Power-Fast II is a partially threaded countersunk wood screw suited to general timber construction connections. Made from galvanised steel, the 6.0 × 140 mm screw is driven with a PZ3 Pozidriv head. The pack contains 25 pieces.
The three-lobed tip allows quick engagement and pre-piercing, while the shank ribs combined with the core-drilling geometry noticeably reduce driving resistance. The increased thread pitch shortens the time needed to drive the screw in.
The screw can be used in softwood and hardwood (pre-drilled), chipboard, OSB boards, plywood and veneer panels. For fixings with proven load capacity, the Power-Fast II is also recommended for use with fischer anchors such as DUOPOWER and UX.
