    Product description

    The Fischer Power-Fast II is a universal chipboard screw for general timber construction connections. Made from galvanised steel, it measures 5.0 x 80 mm and features a countersunk head with a TX20 internal hexalobular drive. Its partial thread makes it suitable for fixing without a full-length threaded section in the wood.

    The three flutes at the tip allow fast penetration and pre-cutting of the material. Cutting ribs along the shank, combined with the core-cutting geometry, noticeably reduce the resistance when driving the screw. The raised thread steps shorten the driving time considerably.

    The screw can be used in solid wood, veneered laminated boards such as multiplex, hardwood (with pilot drilling), chipboard, OSB and softwood alike. Tested load values are available for Fischer anchors such as DUOPOWER or UX. The pack contains 50 pieces.
