Long ago, long before humans took possession of the Earth, the primordial explorers inhabited this planet. They fell into a deep sleep, but now, in 1926, they are waking up. Their dark shadow casts itself on everything, they bring more and more people's minds under their yoke. However, some brave investigators have learned about the terrible fate that awaits humanity, and now they are heading to Antarctica. Either they succeed in averting the danger, or they go crazy trying.

This add-on includes the Antarctic sideboard: this is a wild land, full of strange mysteries and lurking horrors. Eight new detectives are ready to peer behind the veil of our blissful ignorance, aided by many more companions, including Professor Dyer. During their mission, the investigators can undertake various tasks in the hope of a rich reward. They are aided by countless new items and spells, but they must contend with a multitude of inhibiting conditions and gruesome encounters at the mountains of madness.
