The questions collected on the introductory page of the lessons provide guidance on what smaller topics can be expected in relation to the given topic.
The two-page glossary at the beginning of the lessons and the subsequent vocabulary development tasks can be used to practice the basic vocabulary required for the topic.
After the vocabulary tasks, there are series of tasks preparing for the part of the exam that measures the comprehension of the text heard, the comprehension of the text read, speaking skills, writing skills and language accuracy. The lessons always end with a test measuring the lexical and grammatical knowledge required for the given topic.
