The Epson TM-J7700 is an inkjet POS printer designed for retail environments. It prints receipts, coupons, forms and slips on paper rolls, and it produces white-paper output with a resolution of 600 x 600 dpi at a print speed of 98 mm/s, which keeps checkout lines moving.
The ink cartridges are easy to replace and the paper roll loads quickly, so routine maintenance stays simple. According to Epson, the ink formula offers better water and light resistance than earlier dot-matrix printers.
The printer is backward compatible with the TM-J7500 and has the same footprint, which simplifies upgrading an existing setup. It connects via USB or Ethernet (LAN), and it ships in white with a power supply that includes an EU plug.
