EMSA N1041100 Clip & Close Glass food storage container 2L

The Emsa Clip & Close glass food container with a 2-litre capacity is designed for storing, reheating and serving meals, from leftovers to casseroles and lasagne. Its borosilicate glass body is durable, scratch-resistant and withstands both cold and heat, so it can be used for cooking, freezing and storage alike.

The Clip & Close system seals without gaps and, according to the manufacturer, is airtight and leak-proof, which makes it practical for liquid foods too. The lid is made from BPA-free material. An integrated stacking rim lets you nest the containers together to save space in the fridge or cupboard.

The container is suitable for freezing down to -40 °C and for oven use up to 420 °C. In the microwave it can be heated for up to 1.5 minutes at 600 watts, without the lid. It is dishwasher safe.
