As a midwife and leader of female self-knowledge groups, the authors developed the archetypes based on their own experiences, according to whether Birth, Love, Creation, or Death was at the forefront, and brought about the necessary changes.

Recognized as an expert in women’s affairs, ELIZABETH DAVIS has also worked as a midwife, specialist in healing practices and as a consultant. He gives lectures on midwifery, sexuality and spirituality in several forums. In his spare time, he goes scuba diving, gardening and hiking. Elizabeth Davis lives in California and is the mother of three children.

CAROL LEONARD, the ancestor of the modern puppet movement, a certified midwife, has been practicing for three decades. He was one of the founders of the North American Puppet Association. She runs a maternity center called Longmeadow Farm Maternity Home on her own property in New Hampshire. He enjoys gardening, skiing and fishing. He also produces herbs, has free-range animals, and spends his time with his three unrestrained grandsons.
