This Electrolux EIS8648 SensePro induction hob offers four cooking zones and a width of 80 cm for built-in installation. Its wireless core temperature probe monitors the internal temperature of the food and the hob adjusts the heat output accordingly, which makes sous-vide cooking possible on this appliance. Control is handled through a colour display with InfiSight indicator, where you select the type of food and cooking method with a single touch.

The Bridge function links two cooking zones into one large cooking area, useful for oversized pans such as fish poachers or induction grill plates. With Hob2Hood, the hob communicates wirelessly with compatible extractor hoods and adjusts their extraction intensity to the highest selected heat setting. Each zone has its own timer, and the zones switch off automatically once the set time has elapsed.
