The EDIFIER A200T is a speaker system designed for faithful sound reproduction and maximum sound detail. The combination of advanced speaker units, carefully designed housing and high-quality electronic components ensures natural, detailed and dynamic sound. Ribbon tweeter for the highest level of detail

High frequencies are reproduced by a horn ribbon tweeter that uses an ultra-thin, pure aluminum diaphragm just 0.0005 inches thick. This design enables an extremely fast reaction to the audio signal, ensuring a faithful reproduction of the sound. The frequency response extending beyond 40kHz provides spacious, clear and smooth high frequencies, ideal for playing both analogue and high-resolution digital music.

Powerful, controlled bass and natural dynamics

Low frequencies are handled by a 5.25-inch, long-throw magnesium-enriched aluminum alloy woofer. The stiff yet lightweight diaphragm design allows the speaker to respond quickly to signal changes, ensuring bass remains clear, deep and well controlled. The cast aluminum-magnesium basket further reduces resonance and conducts heat more efficiently, ensuring stable sound even during long listening periods.

Bi-Amping and premium components

The Bi-Amping system separates the amplification of high and low frequency bands, eliminating compression and distortion. The tweeter (10 W + 10 W) and subwoofer (55 W + 55 W) sections provide full control over all frequency ranges. Signal processing is controlled by a Texas Instruments codec with a miniDSP processor, which enables precise crossover control and dynamic sound correction. The system is complemented by WIMA capacitors that ensure signal integrity and minimize losses and coloration.

Robust housing designed for clear sound

The 18-millimeter, high-density MDF housing provides excellent rigidity and reduces unwanted resonances. Internal bracing further stabilizes the structure, resulting in precise and accurate bass reproduction. The interior is dampened with specially selected acoustic foam - this reduces standing waves and internal echoes, significantly improving the clarity of midrange sounds.

A comprehensive set of connectors for all audio sources

The speakers have an extensive set of input connectors, including a PHONO (RCA) connector with built-in phono preamplifier, AUX, OPTICAL and COAXIAL digital inputs, as well as Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity. This allows you to connect a turntable, TV, computer or audio streamers.

Expanding the system with an active subwoofer

Using the RCA Sub Out connector, you can easily connect an active subwoofer, which enriches the system with additional low frequencies. The built-in low-pass filter - with a cutoff frequency of 170 Hz and a slope of 24 dB/octave - ensures a smooth and natural transition between the speakers and the subwoofer. As a result, the sound remains consistent and the bass gains more depth and control, creating a richer listening experience.

Active system and user-friendly management

The active-passive configuration means that one speaker serves as the main unit with a built-in amplifier, while the other acts as a passive unit connected via cable. This solution simplifies installation while maintaining high signal quality. The control is complemented by a remote control, which allows convenient management of all the functions of the system.
