Gluten-free pasta with red lentils, small roll 200 g

Our Eden Premium noodles are made according to our own recipe in our pasta factory. Its pleasant pink color is due to the red lentils, and it retains its texture even after cooking. We did not use eggs or soy for the dough.

Thanks to the slow absorption of brown rice, it can provide a long-lasting feeling of fullness.

Legumes can provide protein and fiber as well as a significant source of vitamins and minerals such as iron, zinc, folate and magnesium.

Plantain husks can be a good source of fiber in everyday life. By consuming foods with a high fiber content, we can benefit our digestion and slow down the absorption of carbohydrates.

Ingredients: brown rice flour, red lentil flour (37.6%), millet flour, drinking water, plantain husk flour

Preparation suggestion: Cook in boiling water at a low temperature for 3-5 minutes, when ready, strain and rinse with plenty of water. Serve as desired. Enjoy your meal!
