    The DuraSled DS840 is a barcode reader sled for Apple iPhone and iPod touch devices. It connects wirelessly to the phone via Bluetooth and reads both 1D and 2D barcodes, whether they are printed or shown on a screen. Once the phone is inserted and paired, the sled is ready to use straight away.

    The sled protects the phone against drops and impacts and offers IP40 protection. It is designed for retail, logistics, warehousing, shipping and field sales, as well as inventory tracking and ticket sales. It is compatible with the iPhone 16E, so it works with current models too.

    The built-in lithium-polymer battery has a capacity of 700 mAh and provides up to 25 hours of operation on a single charge. Scanning is handled by a linear imager with a reading distance of 495.30 mm. The sled weighs 342 g and comes in white.
