DREMEL 426 32 mm 5-piece cutting wheel set
Product description
What can it be used for?
For proper slicing, making straight cuts and grooves in all kinds of metals, including hardened steel, sheet metal and aluminum.
You can easily cut the screws or make a groove in the rusted or worn screws so that you can remove them with a screwdriver.

How to use it?
To use with the 402 mandrel: unscrew the bolt from the mandrel with the wrench, insert the bolt into the center hole of the disc, then screw it back onto the mandrel. When using a metal cutting disc, cut at high speed with low pressure. Discs last longer and cut faster when you apply less pressure and are less likely to break. Since these discs are abrasive, the disc diameter will decrease due to wear. If the disc is too small to make the cut, stop the cut and replace the disc. When using the cutting disc, it is recommended to use a two-handed grip, which can be used to hold and move the tool at the right angle. If you tilt the disc while cutting, there is a high probability that the disc will break.

What materials can it be used with?
This cutting disc can be used for cutting various metals such as aluminum, copper, cast iron workpieces. It can also be used for short cutting of plastic and brick.
For cutting galvanized metal (e.g. pipeline) and hardened steel, the reinforced cutting disc (426) is recommended.
