DON MARCO coconut blossom sugar in a 1000 g pack is a natural sweetener made from the nectar of the coconut palm flower. According to the manufacturer, it is unprocessed and unbleached, and consists of 100% coconut blossom sugar. Its distinctive, slightly caramel-like aftertaste makes it easy to recognise, and it works well for baking, cooking, and sweetening coffee, tea, cakes and pastries.

The product is described as having a notably high mineral content. Compared with brown cane sugar, it is said to contain around eighteen times more potassium, thirty times more phosphorus and more than ten times more zinc. It also provides magnesium, iron, and vitamins B1, B2, B3 and B6.
