In my opinion, the short story and the narrative must simultaneously show the many extraordinary aspects of past and present, individual and community, soul and outside world - in this spirit, I tried to compile a collection of my prose writings, with elaborations of the basic experiences of youth (Suburbs, Three Carols, Seventeen Countries), with the timeless lived worlds of male-female relationships (Sóvidéki Indian, Around Tímea Hajnal), with some stories of the decisive experience of military service, which are more than characteristic of the age (Melegítő, A francais vers) and with an individual world view of the serious social and political events experienced in the recent past ( My Years with Gábor Medve, Siptár Story, Glass Nest, Future Diary). According to my hopes, giving a kind of panorama, a psychological-social chronology (also) of the world in which we are destined to live - and of the man who, thrown into this world, tries to constantly X-ray the universe around him.
