For a minimal additional fee, DJI Care Refresh provides up to two replacement products within one year.

If you purchase DJI Care Refresh separately for a previously purchased DJI product, DJI Care Refresh will automatically activate within 24 hours. You will receive the contract by e-mail.

If you purchase a DJI Care Refresh for a brand new product, the DJI Care Refresh will automatically be valid within two days of the product being shipped.
