The Digitus DN-81245 is a passive direct-attach copper Twinax cable for 25G Ethernet links, with an SFP28 connector at each end. It suits short-range connections between switches, high-performance computers, storage arrays and telecommunications systems.
Because the cable contains no active electronic components, it draws little power and delivers simple, dependable transmission over short distances. Its shielded twinaxial copper conductor supports data rates up to 25.9 Gbit/s. The cable is 26 AWG and 5 metres long, which is the recommended maximum distance for passive DAC cables.
