Dia-Wellness paleo tube pasta 250 g

These Dia-Wellness paleo tube pasta, 250 g, are a grain-free alternative to conventional pasta. The mix is made from paleo pasta flour blended with coconut and almond flour, dietary fibre (both soluble and insoluble), whole egg powder, apple flour, egg white powder and salt, with whole egg and water added.

To cook, add the pasta to five times its volume of boiling salted water and cook for 6 to 10 minutes, stirring gently, until tender. Alternatively, once the water returns to the boil, cook for 2 minutes, then remove from the heat, cover and let the pasta swell until soft.
