DIA-WELLNESS gluten-free universal flour mix is a versatile baking base for anyone following a gluten-free diet. It is made from natural ingredients: corn starch, rice flour, tapioca starch, psyllium husk flour, the stabiliser E 464 and apple fibre. It is well suited to a range of baked goods.
For a plaited loaf, knead 400 g of the mix with milk, water, egg, margarine and fresh yeast, let it rise for 60 minutes and bake at 170 °C for 35 minutes. For bread rolls, combine 300 g of the mix with sugar, salt, yeast and water, let it rise for 50 minutes and bake at 200 °C for 18 minutes.
The pack contains 1000 g of flour mix.
