Tere-Fere is a classic shortbread-style biscuit with a pleasantly sweet taste and a crisp, crumbly texture. It works equally well as a snack on its own or served with tea or coffee. The melt-in-the-mouth texture and mildly sweet flavour make it a favourite with all the family.
Ingredients include wheat flour, sugar, palm fat, wheat starch, honey, raising agents, flavourings, table salt and an antioxidant. The product contains gluten and may contain traces of tree nuts, peanuts, soya, and egg and milk derivatives.
