    Product description

    This Delock RS-232 cable is a fully wired null modem cable for connecting two serial devices directly, such as modems, printers, measuring instruments, converters or RS-232 hubs. With a D-Sub 9-pin plug and socket, serial RS-232 devices can be linked without any intermediate hardware to exchange data.

    The compact mini D-Sub 9 connectors, measuring about 44 x 33.3 x 15 mm, fit standard RS-232 ports and allow serial connections to be made side by side where space is tight. The cable is about 3 m long including the connectors and has a black PVC jacket roughly 5 mm in diameter. The conductors are shielded and rated 28 AWG, and the screws are #4-40 UNC thread.

    Each device needs one free D-Sub 9-pin port. The cable is supplied in a resealable plastic bag and weighs 150 g.
