This Delock PCI Express riser card connects a PCI Express x1 plug module to a free x1 slot on the motherboard via a flexible cable. The cable is about 30 cm long and 28 AWG thick, which lets you position expansion cards in a compact way inside the case, for example when a card cannot sit directly in the slot.
The adapter supports the PCI Express 3.0 protocol and works independently of the operating system, so no driver installation is required. It has a black finish and weighs around 70 g.
It connects to any free PCI Express slot of the computer (x1, x4, x8, x16 or x32). The package contains the riser card itself, supplied in a box.
