This Delock industrial Ethernet adapter connects devices fitted with M12 connectors to a standard RJ45 network port, for example on a controller or automation machine. It has a 4-pin, D-coded M12 socket and an RJ45 socket. The pin layout follows the PROFINET standard, the connections meet the Cat.5e specification, and the contacts are gold-plated.
Its compact design makes it suitable for mounting inside a switch cabinet, so M12 devices can be added to an existing network structure. The TPU housing with M16 external thread is rated for operation between -25 °C and 85 °C and offers IP67 protection.
The black adapter measures approximately 47.0 x 19.6 x 25.0 mm and weighs 40 g. It comes packed in a poly bag.
