The Delock ferrite core is a practical way to reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI) on round cables. It is simply clipped around the cable, where it absorbs and spreads high-frequency interference that can occur along the entire length of the cable, so the interference is noticeably reduced.

This matters most where good signal quality is required, such as data transmission or electrical measurements. The ferrite core suits industrial applications as well as home and office environments wherever interference needs to be reduced.

The core accepts cables with a diameter of 13 mm and is made of plastic with nickel-zinc ferrite. It is black and measures about 36.0 x 23.5 x 22.2 mm when closed. The set contains two ferrite cores, packed in a resealable plastic bag.
