This Delock RS-232 serial cable connects data communication devices such as modems, printers, measuring instruments, converters, RS-232 hubs and patch panels. One end has a serial D-Sub9 male connector with jack screws, while the other end has a D-Sub9 female connector with screws, allowing devices to be linked directly.
The compact Mini D-Sub9 connectors fit any RS-232 port and allow RS-232 connections to be made side by side. The pin assignment is 1:1, the wire gauge is 28 AWG, and the black PVC jacket measures about 5 mm in diameter.
The total length including the connectors is approximately 0.5 m. The package contains the cable and a resealable plastic bag.
